This site is for making genuine business enquiries. Please do not use the forms to send bulk, automated or unsolicited messages.

Quotes are not offers

A quote we send is an indication based on the requirement and the supplier prices available when we prepared it. It is not a binding offer, and prices or lead times may change if the specification, the quantity, or the destination changes. Where a quote has a validity period we will state it.

Accuracy of what you send

We quote against the specification you give us. If a spec is ambiguous we will come back and ask rather than guess, but we cannot be responsible for an order fulfilled correctly against an incorrect specification.

We keep the information here current, but service descriptions are a summary rather than a contract. The terms of any specific engagement are those we agree with you in writing.
